1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Moonwalk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Moonwalk provides a trust management platform that enables businesses to collect Google reviews, manage customer feedback, and monitor their online reputation. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Moonwalk is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis at the rates listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Moonwalk to: send unsolicited communications, fabricate or incentivize reviews in violation of Google's policies, access the platform in ways that could harm other users or our infrastructure, or resell the service without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content comprising the Moonwalk platform is the property of Moonwalk and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Moonwalk is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonwalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
